Management, organization and procurement of all office supplies

Participation in travel organizations for workers and employees
General office work
Completed commercial training (HAK, HAS or comparable qualification)
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills and a competent and friendly demeanor
Organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
Time flexibility
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
