Responsible for the preparation of auditable accounting documents

Recording the basics for ongoing billing (field measurements, site surveys, planning data, CAD evaluations, etc.) 

Coordination of the settlement with the client's auditing bodies

Coordination of the billing process and the interfaces in the billing group

Collaboration in the delimitation of services and preparation for construction controlling

Further processing of subcontractor invoices

Preparation of the final invoice

Completed training in construction or surveying (HTL, FH, TU)

Experience as a billing technician or construction technician or site manager

Confident handling of numbers

High degree of accuracy and reliability

Experience in dealing with service specifications as well as construction calculation and accounting programs

Interest in the introduction of modern billing techniques (digital models etc.)
